National Original Print Exhibition Private View at Bankside Gallery

Fascia

A new multi plate linocut based around the medical issue of fascial (the sinews) tension in the body and its painful effects when strained. The fascia connects many of the muscles in the body and when trauma causes scarred tissue in certain areas of the fascial system, it can cause pain in unusual areas. 

National Original Print Exhibition

Thanks to the Royal Society of Painter-Printmakers for accepting my entry to the National Original Print Exhibition at Bankside Gallery. The exhibition will run from 16 – 27 September 2015. Hopefully see you there.

Illustrations for Ernest Journal

Here are my latest illustrations for Ernest Journal's Ipad edition. Theses are for an article on the history of the Fair Isle Knit. they illustrate how it was traded by the islanders to merchant ships passing by, how it was made from Shetland Sheep's wool and the different patterns or 'crofts' which were passed down family lines identifying each item to their makers.
